ShaadiVendors is an online marketplace that connects couples with wedding vendors. We provide a platform for discovery, communication, and booking facilitation but are not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, availability, and service descriptions. ShaadiVendors does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor-provided information.
5. Payments
Payments for vendor services are handled directly between couples and vendors unless otherwise specified. ShaadiVendors may facilitate escrow payments for certain transactions.
6. Limitation of Liability
ShaadiVendors is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising from interactions between couples and vendors. Our role is limited to providing the platform for connection.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice.
